Standard tariffs quoted in the contract rates include accommodations, full board (breakfast lunch dinner) and the current government taxes including VAT. we reserve the right to alter prices to cater for changes in government taxes and rates
Extras e.g. hard drinks on your trip activates which are not included in the itinerary will, be charged for an additional cost.
Booking Policy
A deposit payment of 30% of the quote amount is required to confirm the booking. Balance is required at least 14 days before the travel date. the booking person reserves the right to cancel booking not paid for within this period
The tariffs are quoted in US Dollars and payments can be made in Dollars or Uganda shillings at the exchange rate ruling on the day payments are made. Payments method include transfer to our bank accounts or by visa card and world Remit .shortfalls in amounts received into our bank accounts shall be re-invoiced
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are considered cancelled only when received in writing by the lead booker of the specific trip and a minimum charge deposited.
- 35-25 days prior to arrival: 10% charge
- 24-10 days prior to arrival: 20% charge
- 09-03 days prior to arrival: 30% charge
- 48 hours or less prior to arrival 50% charge
