You’ll also spot giraffes, antelopes, warthogs, and a variety of bird species such as cattle egrets, Marabou storks, and Hadada ibises.

After the game drive, embark on a scenic 3-hour drive to Fort Portal, where you'll stop for lunch en route. Upon arrival, explore the beautiful crater lakes around Fort Portal and take a short city tour. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay in the charming town.

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day drive to Murchison Falls National Park. The journey takes you through Uganda's diverse landscapes, with a stop for lunch along the way. Arrive at the park in the late afternoon, where you may have time to visit the summit of the majestic Murchison Falls. Witness the mighty Nile River squeezing through a narrow gorge before plunging down in a thunderous cascade. Afterward, check into your lodge for dinner and overnight relaxation.

Wake up early for a hearty breakfast and set off on a morning game drive along the Northern Bank of Murchison Falls National Park. Expect to see an array of wildlife, including elephants, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, and lions, as well as antelopes like Uganda kobs and oribis. With luck, you might even spot a hartebeest or a waterbuck. The game drive lasts about 3 to 4 hours, offering plenty of time to observe the wildlife and take in the park's stunning savannah landscapes.

Return to the lodge for lunch, then embark on a boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of the falls. For the adventurous, there's an optional hike to the top of the falls via Baker’s Trail, where you can marvel at the waterfall from various viewpoints before reaching the summit. The challenging hike is well worth the effort as you're rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the falls and the surrounding wilderness.
