Best time for Uganda wildlife Safari drives

Game drives in Uganda are possible year-round, though the best time is during the dry season (June, July, August, September, December, January, and February) because there is less or no rainfall in the savannah national parks during this time, making game drive tracks passable and vegetation short, allowing you to see various animals more clearly. During the dry season, a large number of animals congregate around water sources to drink, allowing you to view an abundance of animals and capture stunning photographs during the game drive.

Game drive is a thrilling activity in Uganda that can be combined with other activities such as boat cruise, bird watching, guided nature walks in the savannah parks, chimpanzee trekking, or chimpanzee habituation experience in Kibale forest national park to create unforgettable safari memories.
